H.L Ostermiller Construction is a full service totally mobile construction firm. We offer asphalt paving along with aggregate mining/processing, materials supply, and excavation. We can handle all of your site construction needs. We are a locally and family owned business founded in 1976, based in Billings, Montana. We serve the Billings metropolitan area, the state of Montana, and parts of Wyoming. We pride ourselves on using the best materials and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
We crush and produce aggregates with our own full mining and crushing equipment. This allows us the flexibility to screen and combine these aggregates to meet any specification or gradation that your project may require. We can also blend and control these aggregates in our hot plant to produce a wide variety of hot mix asphalt designs from a more aesthetic application for parking lots, to a very durable mix for heavy traffic applications.
